My friend Shadow and I were still drunk from lunch at the Bramble Mall. We rode the glass elevator a few times. We studied the directory. Our errands were over, but we didn’t want to leave. My friend Shadow was clutching a bag with a $1700 sapphire necklace for his wife Wanda. I met my late wife in the mall.
